Agility Training

Here at Essential Canine Life Skills Ltd we are fortunate enough to have one of the top handlers in the country mentoring all of our Agility training.

Whether you are looking to start Agility for fun, or if you want to compete, or are already a seasoned competitor, you have come to the right place.

All of our Franchise Owners that offer Agility as a service have undertaken the Essential Canine Life Skills Train the Trainer course written by Emma Jane. Committed to the best practice, Emma is currently looking for external accreditation for this course.

Gun Dog Training

We are delighted to have the amazing AODT supporting our gun dog training. Please contact Alicia’s Obedience Dog Training directly to discuss your specific needs.

Any Franchise Owner offering gun dog as a service will carry recognised certificates and will use positive training methods only.

Scent Work

Any Franchise Owner offering Scent Work as a service will hold a recognised Scent Work Instructor Certificate.

Childrens Training

Children’s dog training sessions are an excellent way of forming a great bond and a friendship for life.

Some of our franchisee’s offer specialist childrens classes either regularly or adhoc, all trainers will carry a full DBS check. Dogs & children will learn a variety of safe handling techniques, general obedience, tricks and other fun stuff to do with the dogs. All taught in a fun way.

We are eager to inspire our future dog owners and trainers and the emphasis will be on fun. The children will have their very own award scheme to work through, as part of our awardwinning brand.

Trick Training

Trick Training can be an amazing way of forming an amazing bond with your dogs. We also use trick training with some of our aggression cases. With the use of tricks and clickers your trainer can work with you to teach your dogs various tricks which will help you handle event he most difficult of  dogs, whilst improving their confidence. No harsh handing is required and never used.

All Franchise Owners offering trick training as a service will hold a recognised Trick Trainer Certifcate.

So whether you are just wanting to do something with your dog and learn some new cool tricks we can cover it all. Some of our franchises are affiliates to National Canine Trick Star Awards (NCTSA).
