Me and my cockapoo, Ralph, have learnt so much from our sessions with Emma! I cannot recommend her enough! We have learnt so many valuable skills which have helped him become a more well-mannered and happy pup. Emma is really positive at all times - nothing is to much trouble and she is always on hand to listen to any issues or problems you and your dog may be having. The sessions are great fun and I feel like a far more knowledgable and responsible dog owner after being involved in these training sessions. Thank you so much!
Can’t recommend Emma enough. She has worked wonders with our rescue English Bullterrier.We are experienced dog owners having had two english bullterriers previously but when we rescued 14 month old Marley we found him really challenging, so much so after 2 weeks we were thinking of taking back to the rescue centre which would have broken our hearts. We are so grateful to Emma for all her hard work. Marley is so much calmer and is now a lovely happy boy. Emma is so knowledgeable and is an expert in her field. You wont find a better dog trainer, she is brilliant!!
Emma is an absolutely fantastic trainer. We have a rescue puppy who has always been a little anxious, and he has come along leaps and bounds since being trained with Emma. She has an array of creative training techniques, and some that feel simple but are incredibly effective. We are always commenting ”Emma was right again!” as her advice really does work and has helped our pup build a lot of confidence. Emma is also so generous with her time, always happy to give advice and honestly goes above and beyond with all her students. She is so kind, upbeat and truly works with you to find the best approach - we can’t recommend her enough!
We started our puppy at training as soon as he was allowed outside for walks. Not only has my puppy learned a lot but I have also learned valuable skills as a first time dog owner. I like that we are not learning party tricks but skills and commands which come in useful in day to day life inside and outside the home.
Charlie and I started with Emma mostly to stimulate him but also to bond with each other and learn more about dog psychology. We could probably call it a day but we enjoy each week so much and when Charlie hears “doggie school” on a Wednesday his at the door waiting….All I can say is that each lesson is completely varied and extremely detailed and well thought out. Emma is very knowledgeable and personalises each lesson according to your needs and dogs. She puts a lot of effort into planning and the amount of resources and information you get after each class surpasses any other company or session I have been to. If you are looking to support your puppy, reactive dog or just want to be a knowledgeable and well grounded owner-sign up!
We honestly cannot recommend Emma enough! As first time puppy owners who didn’t really have a clue about training, we wouldn’t be anywhere near where we are now without Emma’s training. She’s listened to every minor query and silly worry we’ve had and given us amazing advice that has allowed us to make our crazy spaniel into the good boy he is today. Our puppy loves the classes - they’re fun and interactive and he always leaves with a smile on his face.
we started taking our puppy presley to emma’s classes when he was 3 months old, he was reactive and very much timid, he has come on leaps and bounds and enjoys every second of emma’s classes, presley loves emma so much and loves socialising with other pups there too, emma’s fun and creative training has helped presley and us with training him, he always loves the activity’s she sets, emma really cares about each and every dog she teaches and is proud of each and every one of them, we are very happy with the services provided and emma is always available to help with any concerns or problems with him in day to day puppy life over message too, can’t recommend her enough! thanks emma
Essex Dog Training came very highly recommended - when I knew the date that my puppy was coming home I immediately contacted them only to be very disappointed to find they were fully booked up. At 16 weeks I decided to join another training group which turned out to be very unsuccessful. I was thrilled when I finally got a place with Emma as our trainer. Poppy and I have gone from strength to strength with the support and patience of Emma. She has guided me through the weeks I have been to her classes with such professionalism, getting to know both of us. I have never had a puppy before and Emma has given me confidence and reassurance that Poppy and I are progressing - even at times when I feel this is not the case. Emma is fun and very knowledgeable - I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for an excellent and consistent trainer.
After unsuccessfully trialling a few training schools with my pup, I couldn’t believe my luck when I found our amazing trainer Emma at Essex dog training Rochford and I honestly cannot praise her and her business enough. The whole set up, training schedule, expertise knowledge, patience and guidance are second to none, it really delivers on every level. We have already achieved bronze level obedience in a matter of months. One of things that makes this business stand out from the rest is that we have constant access to Emma and she will always reply no matter if it’s day or night, nothing is too much trouble.She makes everything seem fun and gives us pup owners the confidence to believe we can achieve so much with our pups.
